The Restaurant
Eating at the restaurant is a unique occasion to taste the delicate French cuisine prepared by Denis, the Chef. All year round, you can enjoy the panoramic view over the hotel’s domain. The restaurant is closed for the public on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but it remains open for the hotel’s guests.

Starters :
- Farandole of crispy vegetables with ham, bacon and Comté, millefeuille-style.
- Rabbit and foie gras cooked with Savagnin wine, walnut vinaigrette and radish
Main Dish :
- Veal filet mignon with herbs, mustard and crispy spring vegetables
- Salmon cooked in the skin, balsamic sauce
- Monkfish with bacon and cumin artichoke, in a bitter sweet sauce
Dessert :
- Strawberry cake with Macvin and sweet spices, sherbet, delicate crispy cookie
- Chocolate cake with a melting heart and Fougerolles cherries.
